Pakistan, Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) is Pakistan’s premier institute striving to promote good Corporate Governance in the country. A not-for-profit initiative, the institute provides information on corporate governance issues and developments and acts as a platform to provide members as well as non-members with value-add services, activities and networking opportunities. PICG organizes conferences, seminars and lectures independently or otherwise for its members and the public at large. PICG collects and circulates corporate governance information and provides research materials to members in a pursuit to enhance accountability of management to stakeholders including employees, customers, suppliers of the corporation, and the environment in which the corporation does its business.
