Panama, The Panama Corporate Governance Institute (IGCP) is the main center in Panama for training, dissemination, and research related to corporate governance (CG) and the center for knowledge sharing.
We are members of the regional network of similar institutes in Latin American countries, the Corporate Governance Institutes of Latin America and the Caribbean (REGCLAC), and are therefore recognized as the local authority on corporate governance in Panama.
